I ordered a surgical suit for my English Bulldog using the breed-specific sizing guide, which recommended a 2XL. The quality of the suit is great and it fit well around her neck and front legs, but it was significantly too long for her body. This was disappointing because the purpose of a breed guide is to eliminate the need for measuring, and for bulldogs especially, body length is a big factor that didn’t seem to be accounted for. That said, I do want to highlight that customer service was very responsive and ultimately made the situation right, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the product for quality, but suggest measuring your dog rather than relying solely on the breed guide for the best fit.

The quality of the surgical suit is great. The neckline helps it stay in place better, as well as the sleeves. It is soft and cozy. My one warning to others is about sizing - I have a 140 pound Great Dane. Based on the size chart, I ordered a 5XL, and it was absolutely massive on her. The 4XL just arrived and it fits great.

Here’s a polished review that keeps your experience clear and fair: I really wanted to love this surgical suit because it is super cute, soft, and very easy to get on and off. Unfortunately, the fit just isn’t quite right for my pup. It sags a lot around the back/recovery area, which is the part I really needed to stay snug and covered. The Velcro also doesn’t stick very well and comes undone pretty easily. I’m hesitant to order a size smaller because I feel like it would be too tight around his chest, even though it would probably fit his back end the way I want it to. Luckily, my pup couldn’t care less about his stitches, so this is really just an extra precaution to keep the area out of sight. If he were actively trying to lick or bother his incision, though, I don’t think I would trust this suit to stay securely in place. On the positive side, it’s very cute, soft, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. I just wish the back fit more snugly and the Velcro was stronger!

My dog Biko was born with a disability so has to wear continence aids he needs things that do not rub the 3xl fits him around his neck and chest but the body is to long the 2xl is bit snug around his neck and chest but the body is a better fit. The suit its self is really soft and I would recommend these to anyone. Biko has given one of the larger ones to another dog.
