Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.0 / 5 from 2 reviews.

My dog does not want to lie on the pad. I put her on it and she refuses to stay. One time, she actually remained for a little while. That was because I placed her blanket on top of the pad. I am sure that defeats the purpose of the cooling of the pad.

Frostcore™ Cooling Mat (2-pack) - Waffle Ash Blue

Store owner replied: Hello Sherry, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the cooling mat hasn't been a favorite for your pup. Some dogs take a little time to adjust to the feel of the cooling fabric, especially if they're more accustomed to soft blankets or plush bedding. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us better understand how different dogs respond to the product. Someone from our team will be reaching out to assist you. You can also contact us at service@sparkpaws.com, and we'll be happy to help. Best, Spark Paws Team
